I filed a BBB complaint after my Hokas collapsed after one wear and less than a month of ownership. The response I received was basically the exact same copy-and-paste message I already got through email, with no actual resolution offered. I spent time researching for what fits my needs and chose these shoes because Hoka’s reputation made me think I was buying quality. Instead, this has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had with a major brand. Just sharing so people know what to expect if they ever have an issue.

Just sharing my experience for anyone considering Hokas. I wore them once, had them less than a month, and the toe box still collapsed. Warranty was denied after going through both Dick’s and Hoka. Honestly the most frustrating part has been the customer service. I expected way better from a brand with this reputation, but this experience completely changed my view. Just something to keep in mind before buying.
