People need to relax on your moving process and decisions. Moving is so stressful and a roller coaster ride lol I’m sure you will figure everything out in a couple weeks. It’s a ✨PROCESS✨

You can add white or opaque plexiglass to the loft to hide the boxes, clothes, etc and hide the mess. You can get plexiglass pieces custom cut at Home Depot for pretty cheap. There’s a place on Canal that also sells acrylic sheeting / plexiglass. You can secure with clips you screw in. Just spackle the holes when you move. Google baby proof with plexiglass to see how to affix it to wood rails.

I have those same packing cubes! they're great, but I had to learn not to trust the handles 😭 but once I sewed them a little extra to reinforce them, I had no more issues!

Okay, so I’m getting caught up to speed on your videos lol. I totally agree with turning your current bed into a day bed so that it can serve as your bed and couch! Add a small comfy chair, and that should work just fine once you get rid of the couch! However, because of how short the loft is, I would definitely use the old tv console up there! Maybe a desk or makeup vanity? I’d also consider maybe a bean bag chair and create a little reading nook. Finally, on the back wall, I’d do a bunch of the cubicle shelves like this for storage! They’re pretty cheap and would probably work well for your purpose. Above it, I’d install some hooks and a bar to hang clothes if you’re able! Just some thoughts 🥰

With the pink bins I think you’re able to put them in stacks of ten and leave them with the flaps open so it seems not too much in there!

For clothing i recommend using the vacuum bags. They will take up so much LESS space. They are super awesome. Especially for like winter coats 🥰

We live in a tiny home in the midwest and I pack away my winter clothes and hang up my summer clothes and vice versa, so this is a really good idea! You’re doing great! ❤️And totally loving the NYC apartment vibes, always was a dream of mine as a kid!
