@tastyfood2288: The Easiest Croissant Method in the World 👌👌 Ingredients Dough * 2 cups water (400 ml) * 1 packet dry yeast (10 g) * 3 tablespoons sugar * 1 teaspoon salt * 5–6 cups flour (550–600 g) * 70 g butter For Spreading Between Layers * 150 g butter * White cheese (feta-style cheese) Instructions 1. Mix all the dough ingredients until you get a soft dough. 2. Let the dough rest for 5 minutes. 3. Divide the dough into 15 equal balls. 4. Roll each ball out to about dessert-plate size. 5. Butter each layer and stack them in groups of 5, making 3 groups total. 6. Chill in the freezer for 30 minutes. 7. Roll the dough out into a square shape. 8. Cut into triangles and roll them up into croissant shapes. 9. Let them rise in a 30°C environment for at least 1 hour (longer depending on how cold the dough is). 10.
