@alexpeter_idoko: #AmazonMGMCreator. Honoured to collaborate with Amazon MGM Studios @amazonmgmstudios on a new original artwork inspired by the new film, Is God Is (@orionpictures). This piece was shaped by the film’s themes of inherited pain, vengeance, memory, and the consequences of what we are asked to carry. At the center of the work is one wounded reflection — the mother — whose pain becomes the command that binds the sisters to the road ahead, turning one wound into a shared path of retribution. Working with fire felt deeply connected to the story — fire can destroy, but it can also reveal, transform, and leave behind something permanent. In the same way, the search for justice through vengeance can become dangerous when it begins to mirror the wound itself. Created through my pyro-fusion process using fire, collage, acrylic, and paper on canvas.
