CREAMY TUSCAN CHICKEN over PROTEIN PASTA Cooking with stainless steel doesn’t have to be intimidating. Use a great pan, learn the simple trick for the “water dance”, and it’s easy from there.  👉  I used my @Made In Cookware Stainless Clad Frying Pan to make this one-pan meal. I served it over Kaizen protein pasta, but use whatever pasta or base you like. Here’s how I made it: 1.Grab 1 lb of boneless, skinless chicken thighs and toss into a bowl. Drizzle with 1 tbsp avocado oil & season with salt, pepper, 1/2 tbsp garlic powder, 1/2 tbsp paprika, 1/2 tbsp oregano. Let it sit for 2 to 6 hours (or overnight), but you can make it right away if you’d like. 2.Grab your Made In stainless steel pan and heat it over medium. You want the pan to get HOT so it acts non-stick. You can check by splashing in a little water. If it sizzles and evaporates, it’s not ready. If it dances across the surface like mercury, it’s ready to go. 3.Add 1 tbsp oil, add the chicken with the smooth side down. Sear for 5 to 6 mins on each side, & set aside so it redistributes the juices. You’ll slice into this later. 4.In the same pan, add 1 tbsp butter, 1/2 diced red onion & 4 sliced garlic cloves. Sauté for 1 to 2 mins. 5.Add 3/4 cup chopped cherry tomatoes (or sun-dried tomatoes) and cook for another 1 to 2 mins. 6.Add 2/3 cup white wine or chicken broth. Simmer for 1 min and scrape up the browned bits. 7.Add 1/2 cup cream and 1/4 cup grated parmesan. Stir well. 8.Slice the cooked chicken, return it to the pan, and coat it in the sauce. 9.Serve it however you like.
