In contrast, you could put those stitches on hold with scrap yarn on both sides and do a 3 needle bind off

Sorry for the random question but I noticed in the pattern the top parts of the sleeve that curve aren’t symmetrical, likely indicating one part that connects to the front and one to the back. But if you make two identical sleeves following the pattern, when you flip one sleeve to fit on the other side of the sweater won’t it not match up? Do you need to flip the pattern so that the second sleeve can match the front and back of the sweater, or does it not matter?
