lol i used to work in an electrical department and always recommended people to buy warm lightbulbs for their homes instead of white/blue, the difference in your mood is always better

Also, in low-light conditions (like at night), our rod photoreceptors take over and are more sensitive to blue light, making it appear brighter/harsher. That’s why red lighting is used in dark environments since it has less impact on rods and helps preserve your night vision.
