The misen pans are terrible. Look at how much oil he has in that pan to make it not stick. It’s literally the only way to get those pans to not stick. If you want to shallow fry everything it’s great, but if that’s not what you’re looking for move on.

de buyer. mineral b. series. onyxcookware. there new ones are real good, also there hexaclad ones are better than Gordon's or other hexaclads. but there new line not hexa. are real good. Demeyere Alu Pro 5 Ceraforce. for real its a good pan. scanpan impact. series. nothing beats. dutch cast iron pans. also the dutch ovens. but its more for ovens, fire, and bbq. those wok pans season right its amazing. but never seen a western kitchen using those turbo jet flame like asian kitchens have
