@massachusettsrealestate: When the captain said we should be leaving I sat there like okay cool this is it. First flight energy. Window seat. Ready to go. Then the plane did not move. We sat on that runway for 2 hours 30 minutes like we were paying rent. People were settling in. I was looking out the window like so this is flying. This is what everybody does. This is the part they do not talk about. Every few minutes I kept thinking we were about to take off. The plane said relax. The runway said stay right there. The captain said we should be leaving. My seat said get comfortable. But I stayed calm. I stayed collected. I stayed in my moment. First flight or not I was locked in. Massachusetts energy on a plane in the middle of a delay. And when those wheels finally lifted off the ground after 2 hours 30 minutes I felt it. That real takeoff. That real shift. That real I am actually doing this.
