Ada was my cousin and was absolutely failed by DCH! We are devastated. I also worked as a nurse there for years and they give zero craps about employees! I am pissed.

at the hospital i go to they only have a metal detector if ur coming in through the ER… so yeah it could happen to anyone or be anyone

The things that go down outside the hospital are unreal… getting to your car is a challenge.

Staff have been told by admin not to discuss it at all. They are not even offered counseling or an opportunity to debrief.

Ten years ago my local hospital put a police station in the ER. I live in a safe midsized town. I think a lot of it was due to opiates.

talking about weapons, I have sincere and genuine question about. if a person was unconscious, had a weapon that was unaccounted for on the scene, that is on the person's body and came in to the hospital, how does the hospital staff handle it?
