Thanks for talking about this. In Germany injections are rarely prescribed for trans women. I asked my endocrinologist once and she said no. Most trans women receive oral or transdermal estradiol through gel, spray or patches. I myself use Gynokadin Gel.

It's interesting to compare EU area vs US with injectables, as Pharmaceutical companies have not been interested to pursue authorization for injectables in EU. That has shifted the transdermal delivery methods as recommended products.

I accidentally hit a tendon early in my IM path. worst pain ever. since then Ive learned exactly where to inject to avoid nerves and tendons. thanks for all you do you fantastic beardo!

also curious, in terms of sight rotation, say you only wanna do your thighs bc everywhere else makes you uncomftorable. is it true that just switching thighs each injection is good enough to to avoid the big word that happens if you don't switch injection sites?
