I think thats just loose skin tbh not really much you can do just start training abs/obliques more to tighten it up a lil bit and keep training and dieting👍 but either way good job thats crazy ur past self would be so proud of you now so be happy with where youre at you look really good

Either build up your abdominal muscles to fill in the empty space, or get a tummy tuck. You can try tons of weighted core workouts and increase protein intake first.

core work helps tone up the midriff. leg raises, crunches, planks etc. however there is like no fat there you've done well a lot of people would be super stoked to look like that so be proud 😁

If you want to get rid of that fat in your belly, First you have to control what you eat. 2 cardio and 3. a good set of abs at least 2 or 3 times a week. Take protein because it helps to burn fat. Also taking cold showers helps to burn fat. Enjoy the process it takes time is not immediate so be patient
