Replying to @Parfait/ Food Vendor in Abk HOW TO USE A FOOD THERMOMETER 🌡️ Your food thermometer has 3 buttons: ✅ ON/OFF Button Used to switch the thermometer on and off. ✅ HOLD Button Used to freeze the temperature reading on the screen so you can check it easily. ✅ °C/°F Button Used to switch between Celsius and Fahrenheit. Before using your thermometer, rinse and clean the probe properly. To check your milk temperature, switch on the thermometer and place the probe into the milk. It will immediately begin reading the temperature. If the temperature is still reading high (46°C, 47°C, 48°C and above), allow the milk to cool down further. For yogurt making, I recommend waiting until the milk reaches about 42°C to 45°C before proceeding. As the thermometer measures, the numbers may keep changing. Once the reading becomes stable and stops changing, that is the current temperature of your milk. If you want to keep that reading on the screen, simply press the HOLD button.
