HOW TO MAKE MILLIONAIRES CHEESECAKE (Recipe)  MILLIONAIRE CHEESECAKE BASE (Layer 1) * 350g Shortbread biscuits  * 120g Unsalted butter (1/2 cup) 1. Add the cheese, vanilla & coring sugar to a large bowl and whisk with an electric whisker until mixed  2. Add the 75g of caramel sauce and whisk until mixed then add the cream and whisk until thickened (it should be very thick) 3. Add over the caramel (layer 2) in the cake tin (to make sure it’s added properly bang the tin of the surface a few times quite hard so it fills the layer evenly 4. Put back in the fridge overnight until it sets  TOPPING (Layer 4) * 100g Chocolate (any milk chocolate) * 100ml Double cream 1. Chop the chocolate up with scissors or a knife to very small pieces  2. Add the cream to a pan on medium high heat soon as it starts to boil remove and pour over the chocolate in a bowl 3. Let is sit for 30 seconds then whisk  4.
