@momchef32: Cinnamon raisin bread 2 3/4 cup bread flour 2 1/4 tsp yeast 1 cup warm water 1 TBS sugar 1 tsp salt 1 egg 4 TBS soft butter 1 cup raisins (soaked) Filling: 1/4 cup brown sugar 2 tsp flour 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon Egg wash Mix together all dough ingredients except the butter on stand mixer for 3 minutes. As the mixer is on speed 2, add in butter one chunk at a time. Let mix on stand mixer for for an additional 2 minutes. Add in as many raisins as you want, once incorporated, remove dough hook, place dough in lightly oiled bowl, cover and let rise til doubled in size about 1 1/2 hours. Mix filling ingredients in a small bowl, set aside On lightly floured countertop, flatten dough into rectangle, brush with egg wash and sprinkle on filling. Roll up into a log shape and place in parchment lined baking loaf pan. Cover and let rise til puffed up over the top of the pan. Brush top with more egg wash and sprinkle with turbino sugar (optional) Bake at 350° for 35 minutes. Cover with foil after 25/30 if getting too dark. Internal temp of 190° means it's done! #bread #baker #homemade #delicious #CapCut
