Let your steak rest for 30-45 minutes at room temperature. Season with salt and pepper. 2. Cook on a hot pan for 1.5 minutes each side. Save the Wagyu fat for the rice. 3. 1 cup washed jasmine rice on the stovetop. Add 2 cups of water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover, and cook until water is fully absorbed and rice is tender. 4. Finish the rice with a drizzle of wagyu fat, lime juice, lemon juice, then mix in 0.3 cups fresh cilantro, chopped, and 0.5 teaspoons salt. 5. Slice the Wagyu against the grain and mix in 1-2 tsp of adobo sauce and serve over the cilantro lime rice.
