it can be a very difficult thing to experience alone. but yes its definitely real. i’ve aligned myself on my own. i just got downloads today and i got alot of colors too with ny eyes closed. ive been mentally upgrading alot recently. i didnt used to be woo woo and have always thought of myself as “practical” and still am looking for answers in psychology 🤣 but yeah i would honestly say that the spirits are just there saying hi. always claim your space. most the time its your loved ones. i ligit felt one of them poke my ear two days ago🤣 i was like oh ok hi. but yeah its definitely an adjustment and im still getting used to it.
