People are missing the point. It’s not for machining or fine craftsmanship it’s for reference and multi use in an office setting I see the need for it. Modern take on a slide rule pretty awesome for regular people that don’t need the perfect dimensions from a caliper but more than a regular ruler.

The only criticism I have with this is that you said calipers are slow to use. They aren’t bro be real. This being both a straight edge and caliper and also not being spiky and hard to have on your desk is awesome though
