I love birds. Magpies are so smart and can talk! I ripped out my lawn and planted native plants instead and the birds have been the best bit. They’re great indicators of safe environments

I have two crows who come to my porch for treats :) I worked for like 6 mos to befriend them w/o food first and now I give them treats 🫶🏻

Birds are amazing and we have many types around my apartment here in Florida, doves blackbirds ,cardinals blackbirds wild parrots,blue jays ,woodpeckers and etc 🙌🏾

They’re not my thing, but also when we bought our house I put up like 3 bird feeders and when they show up and eat I act like it’s the very first time I’ve ever seen one 🤷🏼♀️🤣

My bird phase started 15 yrs ago. Even did “bird tourism”. Now it’s at a more normie level - 6 x bird feeders & specific species food. 😂

They're not my special interest either, but I think they're wonderful. Had 2 cockatiels when I was young. Nowadays I really wanna befriend some crows or ravens. 💗

Not a special interest, but there are 2 cardinals (a couple) that have hung around our house for the last 5 years. I know it’s them because the male has a specifically weird dark red (almost black) feather on the underside of his wing. The female has a spot on her beak that I have not seen on others. I’m convinced that it’s my husbands father and my grandmother checking up on us 😊
