I run 4mg Reta a week and 2mg daily of Tesa a week. Been on Reta for almost a year with one 6 week break. I’m in my second cycle of Tesa. First cycle was in December 2025.

Reta and tesa are a terrific combo. Use both as needed and up tesa by .1 every week IMO. Lots of protein In the diet and train. Great results. 💪
