The Stuart family. Headed by King Charles II after the death of his father, who was also a black European King.
Evidence of this black European monarchy is in" A Biographical Index to Present the House of Lords by author Joshua Wilson. On page 272," The son of Charles II, the Duchess of Cleveland, or the grandson of King Charles II, is a very pretty gentleman, a tall black man about 25 years old". That's coming from "Mackie's Memoirs of the Court of Queen Anne, page 40".
