An 8 hour work day is so unnecessary I work 6 hours btw and still feel humans are productive for 3 hours max, maybe 4 . There is absolutely no need to be stuck in an office for 8 hours in a day

Hired, literally wasn't trained on anything or given anything to do. 9 hours a day like that goes by REALLY FUCKING SLOWLY. Then was randomly let go after a month for "business reasons".

This was me until I got fired because there wasn’t enough tasks for me to do to justify my position and my boss wouldn’t let me take more responsabilities because those were “somebody else’s” 😐 So they just removed my position, thats why you need to leave asap when you feel like your role is not a neccesity in the company, those are the first they get rid of 😮💨

I always complaint about how “work hours” is wasting portions of people’s life, cuz we are literally better off working 3 hours productively than 8 hours mixed with dozing off, scrolling, and small small talks 😒

My managers hate how efficient I am bro. Even when I was a housekeeper, I could clean 20 suites and 2 floors and keep on top of stock for two different event rooms on a cruise ship all while having more time left to goof around and come up with new ideas to improve everyone’s tasks. Even started helping deckhands and other housekeepers cause I get bored. I genuinely had no pause. My rooms all had the best score as well 😂

This post is a joke, i have worked in corporate 20 years, stressed and busy every day, if you are like this at work, thats why you have no work, because if someone has to sit and train you to do every task, they may as well do it themselves.
