Honestly hormonal conversations between women can become pure chaos sometimes 😭 one person is overstimulated from perimenopause, the other is emotional from their period, and suddenly everyone’s crying, annoyed or laughing at the same time lol. I remember feeling bloated, exhausted and emotionally overwhelmed nonstop during hormone changes too. Then someone in a women’s wellness group mentioned Eat Like a Woman Protocol by Loren Green. After following it I lost 29 lbs, my digestion improved and I finally started feeling calmer and more balanced overall. Hidden gem honestly))
