As a Service advisor believe me when I say I understand this....Whenever a customer ask me how much longer even tho it has NOT hit the quoted time I just go back in the shop and play on my phone go back and say "Yeah still the quoted time I gave you but if its done sooner I promise ill get you out" Like people we DONT get paid more if we keep your car longer 😭 We get paid for each FINISHED job so just WAIT
