Showers are a must. On really rough postpartum days, I would shower multiple times. It helped me feel whole!

I can’t agree more with tbis! Had baby number 3 and I promised myself I would wear items I love everyday before and after birth. Never stayed in p.js and I felt so happy within myself. Good for the mental health!
