seems to me the governor is actually a Republican not a Democrat but likely had a better chance to win as a Democrat. so you have a far right maga candidate and a lesser "Democrat" who is in reality a Republican just a more moderate one.

We’re livid in CO right now, but you should know that even though he was on the ticket as a democrat, he’s taken most of his second term to hard launch himself to tech bros as a LIBERTARIAN literally out of nowhere. It’s his last term and I wish we had mounted a bid to recall him because he’s also struck down workers rights laws that passed UNANIMOUSLY ever single year for the last 3 years in CO and he’s not shy about admitting it on tv either. 😤

part of the reason she had a longer conviction was because the judge who originally oversaw her ase said she was an unapologetic charlatan who sold snake oil, but more importantly abused the powers of her office to do so.
