Ingredients: • 500g beef mince • 1 carrot, grated • 1 zucchini, grated • 1 egg • 1 cup rolled oats, blended into flour • Sprinkle of Garlic powder, oregano, paprika & onion powder • 4 capsules of @wilder_health beef liver, opened and sprinkled in Method: 1. Grate the carrot and zucchini, then squeeze out excess moisture. 2. Blitz oats in a blender or food processor 3. Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix until well combined. 4. Roll into meatballs and place on a lined baking tray. 5. Bake at 200°C for 18–22 mins or until golden and cooked through.
