GUSTAVO :

Crispy cheesy chicken cones For the filling 300–400 g minced chicken 1 small onion (finely chopped) 2–3 cloves garlic (minced) 1–2 tbsp tomato paste Splash of water Vegetables & herbs ½ red bell pepper (diced) ½ yellow bell pepper (diced) Fresh coriander (chopped) Seasonings 1 tsp paprika ½ tsp chilli flakes (adjust to taste) 1 tsp onion powder 1 tsp garlic powder ½ tsp black pepper Salt to taste 1 tsp all-purpose seasoning For the cones Small tortillas 1–2 tbsp flour + water (to make a sealing paste) Grated cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or mix) Oil (for shallow frying) Method Heat a little oil in a pan and sauté the onion until softened, then add the garlic and cook briefly. Add the minced chicken and cook until browned, breaking it up as it cooks. Stir in the seasonings, then add the tomato paste along with a splash of water and mix well. Add the diced peppers and cook until the mixture is slightly thickened and well combined, then finish with chopped coriander and set aside to cool slightly. Trim the top edge of each tortilla slightly, then roll into a cone shape and seal the edge using a flour and water paste, pressing firmly so it holds. Add a layer of grated cheese into the bottom of each cone, spoon in the cooked minced chicken mixture, and top with more cheese. Place the filled cones on a baking tray and bake at 180°C for 5–7 minutes, just until the cheese melts and helps hold the filling in place. Heat a small amount of oil in a pan and carefully fry the cones, turning gently until golden and crispy on all sides. #DinnerIdeas #EasyRecipes #homecooking #easydinner #cookwithme
