5 things that are worth the money (Postpartum) 1. Doula- an amazing Doula is so worth it for so many different reasons. My 1st son was born day six during the pandemic and we couldn’t have family in the room, my doula became our family. 2. Pelvic floor physical therapy- after my 3rd pregnancy this has been a tremendous help to my recovery process. Definitely check with your OBGYN for a referral and to see if your insurance will cover the cost as well. 3. Outsourcing- weather it’s a nanny for your other children, grocery delivery service , or house cleaners. 4. Postpartum Therapist- I found mines off @headway_app and she is just who I needed in this season. 5. Postpartum Chiropractic Care/ Or message- our body go through so many changes physically while carrying a child and during postpartum. This has helped me so much while recovering.
