@swizzyinsg: I honestly didn’t know what to expect with wheelchair assistance at Changi Airport, but the whole process was way smoother than I imagined ✈️ We first got a wheelchair directly at the information counter, then Cathay Pacific arranged wheelchair assistance for landing as well. After that, my mom basically became VIP 😭 Priority security, passport control and boarding and there was always someone helping us. Also… the assistant walked SO fast I almost couldn’t keep up with my mom 😂🫣 I know most people probably never think about this until one day they suddenly need it, so I just wanted to share our experience because it genuinely made traveling so much less stressful.

Pretty cool that no prior arrangement is needed but in my opinion it is always better to give airlines the heads up to have ground staff ready should there have been a larger number of passengers that required mobility assistance.
