I like this a lot! because it helps show us, if a recipe fails, what aspects of that recipe we could change in order to get it to work right. I think there'd be a lot to learn from a series like this, and that's really nice!

I actually add baking powder to mine to make it a little less flat and too hard for the residents. but not a ton. gluten free brownies I add a good little bit to fight the density of the flour. they always turn out well though

pro tip: add a little bit of espresso powder to your chocolate confectionery. the coffee flavor elevates the chocolate massively!
