I wonder why the man didn’t go after the officer’s qualified immunity as well so he could sue the officer personality for the civil rights violation.

Help! I was arrested for DUI, when I blew zero and wasn’t even in a car, i was exiting a haunted house with two teens! The lone deputy said he received a reliable call that I snarled like liquor, slurred my words, stumbled out of my carI recorded the whole incident and my phone is still confiscated 8 months later and the video was stopped from going to cloud. I am a nurse and and business owner and it’s ruined my life. They charged me for my own medication in a planner, after searching my car without consent, for over 45 mins. There is so much more to this tale I am still fighting to survive, and now they want me to take a plea.. who do I turn to for help?? Please advise. I’ve been harassed by law enforcement ever since.
