The derm waiting list is ridiculous, I’ve got psoriasis and it’ll flare up and down but when it’s quite bad it’s like I need a derm now and by the time you get seen it’s like a year later and they just say to use topicals only as it’ll have calmed down by then. But legit it’s random so being on a waiting list for that long is not it

bugs me soooo bad when they say "on the waiting list same as everybody else", I know they've probably had to repeat themselves, but they're paid enough to be patient and compassionate. bless you I hope you're on your way to being sorted now. x

Sorry new here, don’t know the story but If your gp has referred you to the hospital, go back to GP and ask them to expedite the referral. Should move you faster down the waiting list x
