The 2 are incomparable. Oscarville was purposely flooded the hurricane was a natural occurrence. Yes, the infrastructure should have been better in the case of emergencies but you have to be careful comparing things.

I was 14 when Katrina happened and on the West Coast. I knew it was bad but this documentary really opened my eyes how the government just turned a blind eye to the people of Nola
