I wonder if there’s a way for WV to start focusing/investing in more efficient energy or something other than coal for their economy because coal is tough to depend on especially as more efficient forms of energy are being heavily utilized

I stayed a few months in Whittier Alaska for a few months, similar looking situation like a half mile tunnel, there there were alternating hours to go through the tunnel like 12-1 goes in 1-2 goes out so if you wanted to leave or come back into town you would have to wait for the that hour of traffic flow
