reminder that AI is not the reason of the water usage, it is the massive greedy data centers that would rather save costs and use water to cool the servers down then air cooling them. For example, I own a home server to cut down on the use of remote servers that are water cooled and that server uses 80% solar energy and is being cooled by the air. This server contains movies, an NON GENERATIVE AI, my own email client and photo storage. AI is not harming the planet, greedy corporations are.
