@curvysam: One Pot Cheeseburger Mac A cosy, easy dinner with all the cheeseburger flavours that kids will love. Whilst I don’t have kids, I’ve seen so many kids not want to eat chunks of onions or tomatoes. So I blended it down 😂 500g beef mince (I doubled my meat and only had pork mince) 1 brown onion, diced 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp cracked black pepper 1/2 tsp mustard powder 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp onion powder 1 tsp smoked paprika 3 cloves garlic, crushed 2 tbsp tomato sauce 1 tbsp American mustard 2 tbsp pickle juice 2 cups macaroni pasta 3 cups beef stock 1 x 400g tin tomato sauce 2 cups shredded cheese 1/3 cup milk or thickened cream Optional toppings: chopped spring onions, diced pickles, crispy bacon bits, extra cheese.
