@anjumsdastarkhan: Yellow chutney⬆️ “Famous Mohammad Hussain Style Fried Chicken 🍗🔥 Crispy outside, juicy inside, and dangerously addictive!” Recipe⬇️ Ingredients: * Chicken legs or any chicken cut – 1.5 kg * 3 tbsp vinegar mixed in enough water to soak the chicken Marinade: * Ginger garlic water – 2 to 3 tbsp * Cumin powder – 1.5 tsp * Carom seeds (ajwain) powder – 1/4 tsp * Yellow chilli powder – 2 tsp * Red chilli powder – 2 tsp * Salt – 2 tsp * Chaat masala – 2 tsp * Lime juice – 2 to 3 tbsp Coating: * Chickpea flour (besan) – 3 tbsp * Corn flour – 2 tbsp Method: 1. Add 3 tbsp vinegar to enough water and soak the chicken for 10 minutes. Wash well and pat dry completely. 2. After pat drying, make deep slits in the chicken so the marinade absorbs well. 3. In a large bowl, combine ginger garlic water, cumin powder, carom seed powder, yellow chilli powder, red chilli powder, salt, chaat masala, and lime juice. 4. Add the chicken and mix well until evenly coated. 5. Marinate for 2 to 3 hours for the best flavor. 6. Add chickpea flour and corn flour, then mix again until the chicken is fully coated. 7. Heat oil and fry the chicken on medium flame until about 80% cooked. Remove and let it rest for 4–5 minutes. 8.
