I’ve been tracking for like 3 years LOL. I love my tracking cause I could eat the entire house, I find it helps me a lot. I’m 4”11 and eat a 2k maintenance.

hey I'm 4'9 and 99 lbs currently. I track calories and I have a very hard time losing weight, there's a lot of fluctuations. When I don't track it seems like my body naturally goes around 103 and 109 lbs, and everytime I get under 103 I lose my period even though it's a healthy weight, but I REALLY don't like how I look when I'm more than 100 lbs, how can I fix this? please

Tracking calories and hunger, fullness cues doesn’t work for me. Because of my age, I think it’s more of a menopausal issue in a slow metabolism, regardless of the fact that I walk every day and lift weights three times a week.

People never change their WAY of eating. They track Doritos and Dairy Queen and think because it fits into their calorie count they’re good. You have to change what you’re eating. I’m not saying stop all dessert but you have to change how you eat.
