Whisk peanut butter, honey, milk, olive oil, and vanilla until smooth. Stir in flour, baking powder, and chia seeds until a dough forms. Roll into 1 Tbsp balls, flatten slightly, and place on baking sheet. Bake 12–15 minutes, until lightly golden.
