kind of.. some of us know how to code, we just use vibe coding to create base features and tweak bugs and alter code of what we like and don't like. it's just faster. but your right, common for a bunch of non coders writing prompts to have AI code for them.

LLM’s can Trojanize code. Buffer overflows, memory leaks, white space, incorrect parameters, call-functions and variables. However this means it will still help you learn and understand syntax errors. You need to start somewhere & anywhere to put down time a read it.
