Dr Ellie plsss advise. I bought the colgate toothpaste you recommended and my teeth are now very sensitive. It's so uncomfortable slightly painful I can't sleep well. Is this supposed to happen? How to I remedy this?

Have you ever had anyone mention a lot of thick mucus or coughing from your mouth care system? I’ve been doing it for probably over a month now and I’ve had the worst unexplained cough and I’m not sure how to fix it. Already saw 2 doctors about it.

Doctor, my molar cavity is close to the nerve. I’ve been using your system for two months Should I continue with it, or should I get a filling?

I like celery but too frightened to crunch it as I have crack lines in my back teeth, don't want to break them. Thanks for your videos though, very helpful 😊

Thanks Dr. Ellie. good reminder! I've been traveling a lot and need to get back to your oral care routine. I'm loving that toothbrush you recommend, btw. My gums are doing really well!

I have very think enamel and even have areas where dentin is exposed. Can I reverse this or is composite bonding inevitable?

Dr Ellie, what do you think of remineralising agents GC Tooth Mousse and NovaMin?

Is this the same for celery juice? Or is it the action of biting the celery?

hello dr. ellie!! i’ve been attempting to heal a small cavity that has penetrated into some dentin! please please please i would really appreciate your perspective! i have noticed it has transitioned from soft and sticky to harder (it was leathery but now seems even harder, it makes a tink noise when poked with an instrument), yet it is more sensitive when i began, and seems just slightly larger! the sensitivity is limited to stimuli and does not throb or hurt on its own. is this possibly because the layer of active bacteria and decay has been removed, exposing raw dentin? is it likely i have changed the microbiome of my mouth and can relax as i wait for remineralization? i went to the dentist about it a ago and they did not comment on this spot so i’m hoping my odds are good! any advice would be deeply appreciated, thank you so much for your life saving work!!
