COOL. But I think is illegal, because not over the net and it's kinda very predictable.

If It was over the net and not around it, technically legal. However for the technique to work you need to create enough spin (a LOT) from a low contact point to actually get it over the net and into the service line. It’s impossible to serve like this unless you are allowed to have a higher contact point in service.
