Lavender as a spray mist and a roller ball you apply to your pulse points. Also deep breathing . Breath in for count of 4 hold for 4 and out through your mouth slowly for count of 8 repeat four times . Hope this helps you xx

evening love been busy weekend out darling grandson Oscar stayed as his grandad has taken him to motorbike racing at donningtom park today so I nipped little garden centre in next village and only bumped into a ex work colleague she was my senior practice nurse where I worked it was fantastic seeing her she left to foster a little boy ❤️and you be recently retired after 39 years xx

I was at Dobbies yesterday too, feel like I’m never away haha. I’m a childminder so there very often getting seeds, seeing the fish etc ☺️such a lovely garden centre and huge! Glad you had a relaxing time 🥰

I sometimes use sleep aid tablets that you buy from the pharmacy. They do work. I listen to podcasts or audiobooks to fall asleep too. They distract me from overthinking lol 🥰 x
