I was just telling my sister about how the devil you know can feel safer than healing. I believe she is a powerful empath but she is incredibly wounded and fearful. As I have been. I’m doing compassion key classes now. This is a wonderful explanation of why it works. I hope to heal myself fully and her and so many others. Thank you for your love and guidance. Healing can feel like an uphill journey and so many like you are needed to be guides. I pray open doors and success and abundance over you. You will save so many. ♥️

The more self-aware I become, the more I learn to love myself, the more shocked and astonished I am over just how invisible and shrunken I have made myself over my lifetime just to appease others. The hardest part is that it is the people closest to me and who claim to love me the most that take the most from me and drain me the most. And they are the ones who EXPECT it from me the most. And they will be the hardest ones to finally let go of to fully free myself. Which is what I know deep down I must do to fully heal and grow.

when you try to be perfect and people are negative it hurts more. I run from my feelings the pain sadness and anger consumes me it vibrates under my skin. I have no self worth. ive been alone walking the trails bit that feels lonely after so long
