昨日電気屋行ったら40万超えてるエアコンあってアホなんじゃないかと思った。5〜10%前後の省エネ性能上げるために騒ぎ過ぎだし値上げし過ぎ。エアコン自体もう成熟商品なのに例えば7万くらいの物にくだらない機能沢山付けて20万以上とかホント無駄

取り付け工事は18000円前後ってどこでも書いているんだけど、今あるやつの取り外し工事って小さく書いてあってはずし代に運搬費、リサイクル料とか細かく積み上げて、結局3万くらいにはなる

業務空調やってるけど最近壁掛けって基盤故障、内機もしくは外機からのガス漏れが新品の状態でもあるから良い物買ったからって長く持つみたいな考え方はやめたがいいですよ。メーカーによって初動の効き具合も全く違うんで購入前はしっかり聞いて購入したがいいです🙇🏼

DENNIS SEVERS HOUSE📍18 Folgate Street, Spitalfields How this house came to be is thanks to Dennis Severs who was an eccentric Southern Californian who adored British history. He came to Spitalfields in 1979 and bought a derelict house at 18 Folgate Street. In 1980 it opened for visitors to discover his eccentric labour of love. The house is reconfigured with immaculate detail to tell the story of an imaginary Huguenot silk merchant family who had lived there since it was built in 1724.   The man himself would often give the tours and told stories of the (fictional) Jervis family he claimed once lived here.
