@simplymoodsbyida: My top 3 tips to get your SCOBY going again.. 1. Make sure you’re using a plain tea with no flavours or oils added… 2. Make sure to feed it well with sugar and 3. make sure it sits at a cosy and warm temperature during fermentation… Ideally between 22-26 degrees. I’ve noticed you used white sugar here, but then other videos you’ve used raw sugar! Which is the better sugar to use? I’ve noticed my first ferment there’s no carbonation and the same with the 2nd. I keep the kombucha in a warm room temp on bottle shows 22-24c.
