Looks like an external head gasket leak man I would say either the block needs decked or the head is warped

I poured a bottle of that green k&W block seal with the fiber lock material in my truck and it sealed up and been running 7 years

Pine Creek Excavating :
We had a Liebherr material handler that had bubbles come out around the head just like your log loader is doing. We ended up running it for a while to see if it caused any issues and surprisingly it didn’t . That machine would also run 24/7. It ran like that for years and it was still running before I left that job.

BorkDieselTech :
So a few questions. Did you inspect the headbolts to make sure they’re not stretched? Are you finishing the torques with a torque turn? Did you put oil on the bolt threads and under the heads?
