Dragon balls power system is actually really cool if you look into it. On top of there being normal ki and god ki their universe also has straight up magic, a demon realm with unique powers, and other one off abilities like roshis ability to deal enemies.

this is why jjba is unique to me because you can make the argument on how some stands just mainly punch hard but with how destructive all stands are its not just punching until someone goes down, but more so keeping your guard up until you can find the opening to take down your opponent before they find your opening, as one wrong move could result in a loss
