FSC exists with contracted freight..Doesn't exist on the Spot market, where most Owner Operators get their freight.

He is right I made more money when fuel was 5 dollars back in 08 09 than ever before the shippers I hauled for adjusted the surcharge weekly and based off 6 mpg and a base price of 1.25
